Mercury Broach Co., Inc. was founded in 1961. Leo Eberlein bought the broaching and gear cutting shop from its original founder about 20 years later, at which point the company continued to grow, serving the Los Angeles area and building a reputation for customer service, integrity, and excellence that has defined the company ever since.

 

In 1988, Mark Eberlein—Leo’s only son—began to purchase and take over management of the business. Under Mark’s leadership, the business has upgraded its equipment and machinery, fostering safety of use along with increased modernity, efficiency, and precision throughout the facility.

 

Today, Mark’s two sons, Sean and Glen Eberlein, join him in running the day-to-day operations and overall management of Mercury Broach Co., Inc. Guided by a strong tradition of family pride in the performance and excellence of the shop, the company continues to achieve its vision for precision and integrity while reaching new goals and maintaining a long-time legacy of service for clients across a broad range of industries.
